...Portrait of Maquoketa will be shown at the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery in Washington D.C. from November 6, 2009 to July 5, 2010.  All 180 portraits that Rose painted for the project will be displayed in the "Portraiture Now: Communities" exhibition.
