If you call, our representative will assist you with your order and arrange
for receiving your photograph(s) by mail or online.  Non-flash photos
work best for all portrait styles.  Relief sculpture portraits are only
created from photographs of subjects turned in profile.

When the artist has completed your portrait(s), an image of each
portrait will be sent to you for your approval before the Portrait Urn
is assembled and shipped to you.  Understanding that painted and
sculpted portraits are not photographic reproductions, Portrait Urn
artists guarantee a true likeness in all portraits.

When you receive image(s) of the portrait(s), if you feel that some aspect of a
portrait requires alteration, the artist will make those changes.  The Portrait Urn will
be shipped to you only after you have approved.  We do not allow for the cancellation
of orders, but we will make any changes that you deem necessary.

Packing/Shipping costs: Individual Portrait Urn: $30, Companion Portrait Urn: $45
Please note that the various portrait styles require different lengths of time
for completion.  See delivery time estimates below.  Rush orders are sometimes
possible, depending on previously scheduled portraits.
